What this site does with data

We process only what is needed to run the site and respond to you:

• Cookie preferences stored in your browser, so we can remember whether optional analytics or marketing tags are allowed.
• Campaign parameters (UTM tags) kept in session storage so outbound links to winflector.com can keep the campaign that brought you here.
• Optional enquiry details — work email, company, application, and approximate concurrent users — if you submit the fit-check form.
• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and diagnostics.
• Measurement and advertising cookies from Google or Meta, only after you accept the matching consent category.

This site does not create user accounts or require registration.

• Remembering cookie choices (legal obligation / legitimate interests).
• Optional analytics and advertising measurement (consent).
• Responding to an enquiry you send us (steps at your request / legitimate interests, or consent where required).

Cookies and similar storage

Who we share data with

Hosting and content delivery for this website (currently the platform that serves trywinflector.com). Google and Meta, only if you consent to analytics or marketing. If an enquiry form is enabled, that submission is sent to our enquiry processor so we can reply.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Cookie preferences stay in your browser until you clear site data or change them. UTM parameters last for the browser session. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security. Enquiry emails are kept long enough to handle the request and any follow-up, then deleted or archived according to our ordinary business records.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK you may ask us to access, correct, erase, or restrict personal data, object to processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland, or your local supervisory authority.
