It publishes Windows applications so authorized people can run them remotely.
The program itself executes on a central Windows server. What travels to the user is the application window, which they open in a browser or a lightweight client.
Generally no changes are needed. Existing 32-bit and 64-bit Windows executables can typically be published without touching their source code.
Compatibility can still depend on application behaviour, permissions, the graphics stack, child processes and peripheral integrations. Unusual applications, custom integrations and specialty hardware should be validated with the free edition.
Yes. Winflector includes an HTML5 client that works in compatible modern browsers.
Native clients are also available for Windows and Linux, with an Android client for mobile access.
No. Winflector uses its own communication technology. It does not rely on Microsoft RDP, Windows Remote Desktop Services / Terminal Services, or Citrix.
